Fox Newshost Bret Baier's sprawling Washington mansion has hit the market for almost $32 million just five years after he paid $5.4million for it.
Baier and his wife Amy spent three years and about $25 million building the four-level home with five bedrooms, seven full baths and two half-baths.
Now, he's set to relocate to Palm Beach, Florida, where he's splashed out on a $37 million abode after spending just a year living at their D.C property once its extensive revamp was completed.
The Baiers demolished the old single-family home with low ceilings, the Wall Street Journalreported, after purchasing the 1.5-acre property in 2018.
The 16,250-square-foot home is listed as 'the finest home ever constructed in Washington' and would set a record for the city if it fetches the asking price, said listing agent Daniel Heider.
